Ricotta la Gustosa
A type of ricotta produced from whey of bovine or ovine (sheep) milk, in which mixture gives a pleasant sweet and aromatic taste, of a delicate consistency, soft and a very white colouring. Ready to be consumed a few hours after its preparation.
